EFFECTIVE AS OF JUNE 04, 2026
This document outlines the formal terms, conditions, and obligations governing the provision of life insurance lead generation services by One Stop Marketing Agency OSMA LLC (referred to as "Company").
By submitting an order and making payment, you ("Client") agree to the following terms and conditions:
The Company provides advertising management services for life insurance lead generation campaigns. Services may include campaign setup, audience targeting, ad creation, campaign management, optimization, reporting, CRM integration, and lead delivery.
The Company is engaged solely in advertising and marketing services. The Company does not sell insurance, act as an insurance agency, guarantee sales, guarantee appointments, guarantee policy placements, or guarantee any specific business outcome.
All payments are final.
Once payment has been received and campaign preparation, setup, launch, management, optimization, or related work has begun, no refunds shall be issued.
The Client acknowledges that advertising services require labor, expertise, account resources, creative development, campaign setup, optimization, and management efforts that cannot be recovered once performed.
The Company does not guarantee:
• Number of leads generated
• Cost per lead
• Cost per appointment
• Cost per sale
• Number of appointments booked
• Number of policies written
• Return on investment
• Revenue generated
Advertising performance depends on numerous factors outside the Company's control, including market conditions, competition, Meta platform performance, consumer behavior, seasonality, and insurance market trends.
The Company does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, validity, intent, or purchase readiness of any lead.
The Client understands that leads may include:
• Duplicate submissions
• Incorrect contact information
• Invalid phone numbers
• Invalid email addresses
• Wrong age information
• Wrong state information
• Incomplete information
• Consumers who do not recall completing a form
• Consumers who later decline coverage
• Consumers who are unreachable
• Consumers who do not qualify
• Consumers who are shopping multiple providers
No refunds, credits, replacements, or adjustments shall be issued for such leads.
The Client acknowledges that lead information is voluntarily submitted by users through Meta's advertising platform.
The Company does not control:
• Who submits forms
• Information entered by users
• Accuracy of information provided
• Consumer intent
• Consumer purchasing decisions
• Consumer availability
• Consumer honesty
The Company does not independently verify lead information unless explicitly agreed to in writing.
All leads generated under the Client's campaign are intended to be delivered exclusively to the purchasing Client.
The Company will not knowingly resell leads generated specifically for the Client's campaign to another client.
The Client acknowledges that advertising platforms may experience:
• Policy restrictions
• Account reviews
• Ad disapprovals
• System outages
• Technical failures
• Delivery interruptions
• Compliance reviews
• Unexpected account limitations
Such events are outside the Company's control.
If a campaign cannot continue due to advertising platform restrictions, technical issues, account limitations, or other circumstances outside the Company's control, the Company's liability shall be limited solely to any unused advertising budget remaining in the campaign.
Management fees, setup fees, labor costs, creative costs, and work already performed remain non-refundable.
All campaign budgets and management fees must be paid in advance before campaign launch.
Campaigns will not begin until full payment has been received.
The Client authorizes the Company to use the prepaid advertising budget for campaign execution and management.
All the payments will be transferred in advance to either TALHA RAUF PITAFI (owner of the company) or to the Company's business account as provided.
The Client agrees that payment is made for advertising management services, campaign setup, creative development, optimization, and related marketing activities.
If the Client initiates a chargeback, payment dispute, reversal, or claim after services have been provided, the Company reserves the right to:
• Suspend all services immediately
• Terminate the business relationship
• Recover administrative expenses
• Recover chargeback fees
• Recover collection costs
• Recover attorney fees and legal expenses where permitted by law
The Client may request campaign termination at any time by providing written notice.
The Company will make commercially reasonable efforts to stop campaign activity within twenty-four (24) business hours of receiving written notice.
Advertising spend already incurred prior to campaign termination remains non-refundable.
Under no circumstances shall the Company's total liability exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific campaign giving rise to the claim.
The Company shall not be liable for lost profits, lost commissions, lost sales, lost opportunities, indirect damages, consequential damages, or business interruption.
By submitting an order, signing electronically, checking acceptance boxes, or making payment, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms contained herein.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS, DO NOT SUBMIT AN ORDER OR MAKE PAYMENT.
